A small, quiet hiking parking area in the forest near the Rhine, with shade from surrounding trees. It is suitable for a night and offers a small riverside walk, but it is not suitable for large campers. Hikers, joggers and cyclists use the area, especially from 8am. Irrigation systems nearby can create some noise, and one recent stay reported someone circling the vehicle throughout the night.

Good place to spend one night, near Strasbourg. The river runs nearby. A local police car appeared and said nothing. It is next to a cultivated area, and there is some noise from the irrigation systems. There is room for about eight vans. Surrounded by trees, with shade.
