A quiet overnight spot at the monastery, with a flat grassy area behind the bus parking and firm enough ground for a motorhome. The monastery gardens are calm and offer a view, while visitors use the official parking during the day. The shop sells cheese and self-grown flower infusions, and there are no bells between 19h30 and 7h30.

Quiet overnight option! Behind the bus parking area there is another place to park. Very suitable for a motorhome, and the ground is firm enough.
A very peaceful night in a secluded place. Flat, grassy pitch—what more could you ask for? Worth preserving.
We spent the night alone at the back of the car park after attending vespers. (The mentioned area is far too muddy at this time of year.) No church bells between 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. A quiet place to use respectfully and discreetly, without setting anything up outside or gathering vehicles.
Great for spending some quiet time and a night; we did not try asking whether the monastery accepts it. Parking higher up to visit the shop, which we recommend.
