Very peaceful spot. A few barking dogs and neighing horses. Almost no traffic. Water may be available for emergencies at the guesthouse, which was closed, as was the refreshment bar farther on, contributing to the tranquility of the place.
We spent a peaceful night. Beautiful and quiet place.
Lovely quiet place to stop...bit of dog barking at night ....but otherwise peaceful with lots of hiking routes around. I parked here and walked to village and castle as village parking was full.
A peaceful night, next to the cows and horses. Toilets accessible only in the evening, but a water point is available. Small bar nearby open during the summer, perfect for a cold beer.
