Oak field edge, hornet nest

Midsummer. Quiet. Out of sight. Perfect for our overnight stop.

Great spot, a little secluded. A few animals, but the night was pleasant and it was cool.

Very peaceful. The view is unobstructed, and we were lucky enough to see a magnificent rainbow.

We couldn't even spend the night there. The place is overrun with flies. A real shame, because apart from that it was an ideal location.

Not breathtaking, but a good place for the night and very quiet. Someone occasionally drives past in the evening. Wasps or hornets flew in and out, but they were not interested in me at all. I was more wondering whether this ground might be private.

WARNING!!! There is a hornet's nest in the large oak tree at the spot, but otherwise it is a pleasant, quiet place beside the track!

Very nice and quiet place, relatively flat. Careful of the hornet’s nest in the old tree though.

Quiet, but the smell is too strong. We did not stay.

The place would be perfect, but before I had even got out of the car, three hornets stung me. The other two spots farther from the nest are better, but still too annoying.

Place looks great but there is a huge hive of hornets hidden in the old oak tree. Choose other spot which is 3 min away on the other site of the main road

Very quiet place to spend a night. There is also plenty of space. There were two of us in this spot, but that was no problem.

We spent the night of Wednesday, 28 August, alone. There is a fern field next to the road, and this place is a flattened area beside the tree. We heard no noise. A camper passed along the track to another location. Quiet place to spend the night.

Beautiful spot, great view and no disturbance except a colossal amount of flys in the area that invaded our van, very unfortunate.

Quiet place to spend a night. There were two of us and it went very well. I recommend this spot.

Good spot for one night: quiet, flat and plenty of space. Thanks, however, to the Germans who settled near us—no problem with that—and left their beer caps and cigarette butts behind, which we picked up for them. It would be nice to leave the place clean, for nature's sake and so that we can all continue to benefit from nice places to sleep.

Very spacious area in the middle of nature. We were able to shower peacefully, but we couldn't sleep or eat because of the huge number of flies. A great shame.

Quiet place that can accommodate two vehicles while still providing privacy. Rocky road to access it, but not impassable; just drive slowly. Flat for sleeping. No particular view, just in the middle of a field. Perfect for one night!
