Shaded riverside, motorway noise

Ideal place to stop and rest or even sleep despite the noise from the river and cars passing on the nearby motorway. Lots of shade and level ground for four vans. Access is a little more difficult for motorhomes because of vegetation narrowing the way in places. It is a shame that some people cannot take their rubbish to the other side of the river where the village is and leave bags hanging from the trees.

Very nice place. Too bad it is not respected, with so much human waste that it is full of flies. Impossible to stay outside.

Great spot. With a T5 or similar, you can park directly by the water (3 spaces). For large motorhomes over 6 m and taller than 2.5 m, it is about 100 m to the water. So, excellent!

Super loud truck noises!

Very convenient for a stop along the route, immediately near the motorway with no detour! We spent the night here; despite the motorway noise, the place remains fairly quiet. Enough space for several vehicles and turning around is easy. Charming little spot by the river.

Two minutes from the motorway exit, a quiet and peaceful place by the water. Space for two vehicles; the road is a little rough, but it is worth the detour for a lunch break.

Beautiful place; we stopped for lunch and there was lots of shade. There are three tables and a small area for about three cars. Good place to eat and rest for a while.

Nice place to stop for a peaceful lunch. There are tables by the river and benches to sit on and enjoy the silence.

*very quick off and on the motorway *perfect for a dog stop time to gallop and explore but quiet and away from main road *river dip *space to turn large vehicle and small one minute walk to the river. *smaller off road vehicles could park right by river if it’s not wet. *we love this kind of little nature stop for lunch or even a night another time
