Beach parking, weekend noise

We stayed here one Sunday night and spent an entire day on the beach. No problem. There were other motorhomes and there was no noise at night. We accessed the village via the bike lane and promenade.

I would avoid it in the weekend, lot of people with car's making noise. slept here 2 nights, is ok

we planned on staying here some bloke was hanging around are vans then he came back later on in a car seamed to be watching us old blue mucky mondeo we left place wasn't paticularly nice when you get that gut feeling follow it

It's quiet in off season but not particularly nice. Also in the flight path from Lisbon Airport where you can hear many planes beginning 5am. Not super peaceful with the noise but otherwise fine.

Great spot, dog friendly. Nice walk along the beach to the cafes and restaurants. Would definitely recommend

Right on a spectacular beach just behind the sand dunes, good spot, quiet at night but very busy during the day, used by surf schools. Flat parking areas, bumpy access track, but fine for MoHo. Easy access to lots of great beach bars and restaurants. Recommend

Huge parking area. We stayed overnight. Close to the beach. From 9 a.m. locals arrive to surf, so park in a way that allows as many cars as possible to fit. Quiet and peaceful, no stray dogs. Fresh ocean fish sold on the beach after being caught. No facilities.

Very busy during the day but calm and empty for spending the night.

The parking area is close to the beach, but there is no space reserved for motorhomes. So you have to arrive very early in the morning or at night to find a parking spot. Location close to the beach.

Large parking area for big motorhomes, but you have to arrive after 8 p.m. otherwise the parking lot is full. I had a good night's sleep with the sound of crickets and waves. At 9 a.m. it was already half full. Beautiful beach right opposite with toilets. The downside is the noise from planes, with the airport next door.

We had a quiet stay, zero problems, we arrived in evening so the car park was pretty empty, had a couple caravans nearby. The place has bio-toilets which got cleaned in the morning. I also booked a surfing lesson and had a great time:)

Beach parking with toilets and right by the beach. It is quiet. There is a beach bar (a little expensive). The only downside, and unfortunately a shame, is that the surroundings have some litter. It fills up with cars early.

We spent two nights here (Friday/Saturday in August) and slept very well. The clean portable toilets were a plus, but the only major drawback was the litter. Otherwise, a cool spot one minute on foot from the ocean, and that is a luxury!

Warning: Actually a good place for visiting the beach, if some nice people had not broken into my car. A small side window was smashed and the Jumper was searched. The police did not come. We had to drive there ourselves.

Very nice spot in the dunes to stay the night with the camper van. Beautiful sunset with wide coastline and beachbar open till 6 p.m. quiet and safe (april)

Very nice pitch, but not safe. I stayed there for one night without problems with two other vans. On the second evening, when I was alone, around 10 p.m. cars drove over the sandy area and threw stones at my van while driving.

Do not come here; my windows were smashed!

I stayed here for one night. Right on the beach, great for surfing, with rubbish bins available. However, planes constantly fly over the place at night.
