4x4 access only
Getting here needs an off-road vehicle. Check your ground clearance before setting off.
Quiet natural clearing among pine trees beside a railway track, reached by passing under a high railway bridge. The gravel access is manageable with good ground clearance, although the climb has some difficult sections for vans. Passenger trains are slow and generally unobtrusive, with none running at night. The area is clean and has space for two vehicles.

Quiet place in nature. The gravel road is easy to drive with sufficient ground clearance. The passenger train travels very slowly and quietly, so it is not disruptive. It does not run at night. The place is very clean. No litter lying around
Perfect spot; you cannot hear the train at night, and there is room to park two vehicles.
Great spot, quiet, with a few trains but they are not disruptive. Be careful on the climb, as there are a few difficult sections in a VW van.
Very quiet place; one train passed while we were there. There is an abandoned SNCF hut that we cleaned, with a bench inside where you can sit sheltered.
