This is a large, shaded, stabilized car park in Ieud, accessible to motorhomes of all sizes and free of charge. There are nearby shops and beautiful churches, but no services; satellite and 4G reception are reported as optimal. Nights can be quiet, although loud music and groups of cars have recently disturbed overnight stays, and a market operates on Wednesday mornings.

Late Thursday night to past 3 AM, groups of young men in 3 to 5? cars played very loud music, moved their cars around the parking lot and yelled at each other. It was not a restful night.

We have stayed here several times because we fell in love with Maramureș. We personally know some local people, including the priest. No problem spending the night here.Translating
