Camping de l'Etang de Bazange

A real campsite with all kinds of campers. They are becoming increasingly rare. We spent 2 nights there with our motorhome facing the pond on a lovely pitch (sloping, but manageable with good leveling blocks). Drinking water nearby (we filled up before leaving); cassette toilet emptying is possible at the facilities located uphill at the campsite. No grey-water emptying available!✦Translating

Definitely a pleasant and enjoyable place, not necessarily suited to motorhomes (no waste disposal), but who cares. So cool. Clean and very pleasant swimming pool. I absolutely recommend it for discovering the Dordogne.✦Translating

We had a wonderful stay at this campsite. The owner, Celine, is very friendly and helpful. We received immediate answers to all our questions. They are easily reachable by email, chat and phone. The setting is great, and the managers are very welcoming and pleasant. Excellent place for anglers. Lovely heated pool. The surrounding forest is perfect for walks. However, it is not very suitable for motorhomes because the pitches are sloping and there is no waste disposal. A little noisy in the evening if you are looking for peace and quiet (family campsite).✦Translating
