3 Diseminado Huerta del Fresno, 11680, Algodonales
Been here?
A paid motorhome area on the edge of town, with large pitches, partial shade, benches and mountain views. It costs 5€ for 24 hours without electricity, while recent reports mention 10€ including electricity. The area provides water filling and waste disposal, and the centre is 500 meters away. Access is easy for large vehicles via the A-2300; avoid driving through town.

Very good area for visiting the region. Large pitches with electricity for €10 total. Access is via a very intuitive and quick app. The area has incredible views and is ideal for visiting the white villages of the Sierra de Cádiz. If I had to mention one drawback, the pitches are somewhat sloped, but levelling blocks easily solve that. The owner who assisted us via WhatsApp was very friendly. We will return, thank you!Translating
I would like to inform everyone that the area will be closed throughout July because of the local village fair. The area will reopen on 3 August.Translating
Perfect, nothing to criticise. Partially shaded, with a slight slope suitable for my motorhome, and a very good waste-disposal area. All this for €5.Translating
If you are reading this, referring to the comment below: as the owner, I can say that caravans, motorhomes and converted campervans can enter. You have no problem with that :)Translating
I would like to know whether caravans can also park there, since it seems that we are being excluded. Please, can someone answer me?Translating
Quiet aire in the mountains. Beautiful views of the landscape. €5 for 24 hours without electricity. Pretty village nearby. For information, a DAMAS company bus leaves in the morning at 7:05 a.m. towards Seville, costing €12 per person per journey. The bus stop is a 25-minute walk from the motorhome area.Translating
Cracking location just on the edge of town - very well priced - super easy entry / exit system - all level too.
Large paid area, €5. Entry with QR code works perfectly. Filling and emptying services are free; electricity costs €5. On the edge of the village, we spent a peaceful night. Thank you, Algodonales.Translating
A very beautiful place. Perfect for all kinds of excursions, but the village is also lovely, with good restaurants.Translating
Very convenient area for spending the night, very close to the charming village. €5 per night. You have to register with a QR code, then you receive an email allowing you to open the barrier with your phone. We liked it very much.Translating
Large, quiet aire. There is not much shade, however. Easy entrance: scan the QR code and pay online by card. The barrier opens on request through the app.Translating
A pitch for €5 with a magnificent view, clean water, and grey- and black-water disposal.Translating
Perfect area with all services. €5 for the stay and €5 for electricity, optional. Entry management via QR code is easy. Perfect for visiting the village and replenishing supplies before continuing the journey. The toilets are not very clean. There are no showers either.Translating
Excellent area, very, very good, with all filling and emptying services, close to the town centre. The restaurant at the entrance to the area is very good. Thanks for such a good area. Recommended.Translating
Large aire with all services; €5 or €10 with EHU per day. Entry is regulated by a QR-code system at the entrance. The toilet block is also open. An electricity failure was resolved almost immediately after a phone call to the friendly local site manager. Thanks to the town hall.Translating
Very large area with spacious pitches and services. Scan the QR code and it immediately takes you to the page to pay and open the barrier. It is the fairground and closes for festivals, so it is best to check before going.Translating
Good location, close to the village, and quiet. If I had to mention one drawback, there are no showers; otherwise it is perfect. On arrival, you have to scan a QR code to manage entry; it is very intuitive and quick.Translating
We’ve been coming here for four years. This year has been the best. Young Victor and his dad are doing their best to sort everything out. The people who used to make inappropriate noise with music or generators are gone. Lovely views of the mountains. The village itself is extremely friendly, with great bars and eateries.Translating
Camp in a very beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet, with everything you need, and it costs only €5. Do not drive through the village because the streets are too narrow for a camper; don't ask how we know...Translating
Very spacious. The entry and exit system works perfectly. I recommend stopping a little before arriving and registering, so you can even open the barrier with your phone from the vehicle. The village has a great atmosphere, a wonderful church and many bars ☺️ Thank you to the town hall for supporting this type of tourism; the village is surely benefiting from it.Translating
Beautiful area, surrounded by lovely scenery, quiet and well maintained. To enter, you have to download an app and pay. Close to the village.Translating
Nice aire, a surprise now: you have to pay €5. But that is normal, and I think it is well worth it for the price and the services provided. Don't forget to visit the upper part of the village, with the beautiful church and the lovely little bars and restaurants.
Beautiful place, operated by the municipality. Open space, with no marked pitches or hedges. But access is only possible if you have a smartphone with which you can also make the payment directly, if you are willing to do so.
Functional aire, access via a relatively simple QR-code registration. Toilets not very clean. Convenient for a stopover, but pay attention to the access route; it is rather narrow if you do not take the correct road!
Functional, but left a lot to be desired. The pitches were very muddy from the rain. Not much to do in the area and bad for walking the dog. The experience may have been affected by the bad weather. For €5 plus €5 for electricity, it is fine.
This is a superb motorhome site. €5, and electricity is another €5. Checking in is very easy.
So many unfair criticisms. For €5 it is excellent. It deserves credit for existing. Thank you.
The best, an aire like we would love to find more often: easy to access, clean, and services included for €5, plus €5 for electricity, although that is optional. Ten minutes' walk from the village, where there is a DIA supermarket. Dogs are welcome, no problem. Thank you to the owner.
Functional site, easy to reach even with a large vehicle. Very nice operators. Large pitches, water and waste facilities are fine, and electricity is now available on half the pitches. The only drawback is that the pitches are somewhat sloping and the ground is eternally sandy. The location is not particularly attractive, as the village is not worth seeing and the surroundings consist only of paved footpaths. Not suitable for dogs.
A wonderful landscape with a typical Spanish village. You can reach the centre on foot in 15 minutes, where you will find many small shops, bars, restaurants and a small DIA supermarket. Access to the pitch via QR code and website, with payment by credit card, was easy. Thank you to the municipality. A €5 pitch fee including water and waste facilities, plus optional €5 electricity via a Schuko socket, is reasonable.
Closed from 24 December.
Nice aire with all services, toilet at the top of the site. If you come, we highly recommend Bar Canijo in the village: great food at reasonable prices and friendly staff.
At last, an inexpensive paid area, only €5, monitored during the day by a man and his son, who also carry out maintenance. The electricity is not yet fully sorted, as only two areas have power, but give it time. Thanks to the town hall and the people responsible for the area for introducing a fee for emptying and filling, and, if urgently needed, electricity.
Less than a year ago, this area was municipal and free. Now it has been handed over to a private operator and converted into a paid facility without clear explanations. Decisions like this raise questions and put the Algodonales town hall under scrutiny. The less transparency there is, the greater the risk of external reviews and consequences.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is your area: good location and plenty of space for motorhomes.
An exceptional motorhome site, and all for €5!!! A vast enclosed area, with impeccable and free services. The access system is very straightforward. I highly recommend it. Other municipalities should take inspiration from it.

A very poorly designed system. Apparently someone has to come by to connect the electricity. They first have to be awake or available. For two days, we’ve been told by phone that there’s a technical problem and that they’ll call us back. Not a single call received. Yet the electricity works for some people. A huge lack of professionalism.
Very nice and inexpensive area. The attendant comes by afterward to collect the €5 if you use electricity. The only problem is access. You need to master QR codes or be a computer engineer! Thanks to the municipality for making this parking area available to us.
