Very nice site with everything you need. The sanitary facilities are very modern, large and very clean. The restaurant is inexpensive by Norwegian standards and very tasty! Washing machine and dryer each cost 60 kr.

Very good and beautiful campsite with all amenities. The pitch I chose was right beside the river; it was magnificent, with a small wooden table on the pitch. The sanitary facilities are perfect. The surroundings are also great for walking along the river. The motorhome services are excellent. The campsite restaurant is very good and inexpensive.

I stayed one night, arriving late in the afternoon/evening, but got a really nice pitch and the staff were very helpful. The service building was 10/10, so nice and fresh. I am very grateful for the warm welcome from the staff.

Wonderful campsite right by the river. There are playgrounds and a pool for children. One star deducted because some pitches are on fine gravel, which turns everything into a mud fight when it rains. It works on a drop-in basis: drive in, find a pitch, register. Sanitary facilities top-notch—spacious and clean.

The service building gets 10/10. The pool is super nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food.

First you pay, and then you are taken to your pitch. Somewhere at the back of the campsite among seasonal campers, with a gravel area as a terrace. Too few sanitary facilities. Five people queueing to wash dishes at one sink at 8:45 p.m. No way are we staying here longer.

Great place for the whole family. Beautiful panorama from almost every pitch. Free choice of pitch. Very nice team. Very clean and new washroom with children's shower, baby bath and children's play area. Nice common room and kitchen for adults. The pool is lovely and worth recommending even in bad weather!

Very large campsite, with some pitches by the river. Caution: the new motorhome pitches in the east are partly very dangerous to drive on. The pitches are narrow and terraced; you need to be especially careful, otherwise a wheel can quickly slip off. The problem only affects a few pitches, so inspect them carefully beforehand.

This was our first campsite and we extended our stay! We wanted somewhere to settle in. Although the campsite is huge, we were peacefully tucked away at the very end. The sanitary facilities are excellent, the restaurant has a magical view and gluten-free options, and there are children's play areas. The pool and machines cost extra (50–60 NOK). We loved it.

Very modern site. We were able to park our van directly by the water. Luxurious showers, included in the price. The toilets are also excellent. The building with the kitchen offers plenty of space to relax, including for children. Attention: the kitchen only has an induction hob, so it only works with special pots. Greatly located restaurant.

Idyllic location directly by the river. Many seasonal campers on site. High-quality sanitary facilities in the front building. Unfortunately, the water in the rear toilet/shower block was too cold, so that building was also unsuitable for washing dishes. The water in the front building was hot. A lovely shower area for children. A small grocery shop is just behind the bridge.

A huge but beautiful campsite! We paid 375 NOK plus 35 NOK extra for electricity. Showers are included. The sanitary facilities could belong to a hotel—they are that beautiful and orderly. There is a huge kitchen, a common room and even a pool right by the river, though it was unfortunately not operating when we were there. Very friendly reception. Value for money 10/10.

we usually don't stay in camping unless we need to do laundry and then we usually Look for small ones that feel "off-grid'. even if it's a big Camping it's just as good as it gets! nice sunny location GREAT facilities, friendly, fair prizes (330 for 2 with electricity- low season, unlimited shower) clever use of space and quality laundry room. best camping this size I ve ever been.(ps off season)

We came in the off-season (October 2025) and paid 370 NOK for the night. The welcome is excellent! This campsite is superb, both in terms of its location and its services. It has adapted to the site and respects nature. The sanitary facilities are magnificent. A campsite we fell in love with!

Dreamlike facilities with an outdoor pool directly by the river. Extremely modern and clean sanitary facilities. Very helpful staff. We will be back soon. No wonder it was voted the best campsite in 2015.

What a beautiful campsite. Not all pitches are arranged in square rows next to each other; instead, it looks very natural, which we like. For those who want them, there are also large square pitches next to each other. Beautiful playgrounds for the children and even a swimming pool in summer. We would definitely come here again!

Great surroundings, clean and modern site. It is currently being expanded with beautifully landscaped terraces and additional sanitary facilities.

The most beautiful campsite we have ever stayed at. The laundry room is a dream. Pool with mountain water. Dogs allowed. It is worth following the reception's suggestion to look around the site and then choose a pitch. Simply wonderful.

If I could give the washroom 6/5, I would. I have never seen a better washroom in three weeks in Norway—or ever. Overall, a beautifully laid-out campsite by the rapids. Good gravel pitches. Some seasonal campers. Because of the water, you can hardly hear the adjacent road, depending on the pitch. There is also a restaurant, where we enjoyed the food.

Fantastic campsite for 330 kroner for two people, camper without electricity. Washing machine and dryer 6 kroner each. We could choose our own pitch.

Perfect campsite! One night for two adults and a motorhome in September: €28.30. Grey-water disposal, chemical toilet, drinking water available, electricity extra. Excellent laundry room, with three washers and three dryers, each costing €5. Superb pool and magnificent scenery. Level pitches. Modern, spotless sanitary facilities; each shower is its own bathroom. Equipped kitchen, library and children's area.

Wonderful campsite, well organized, with sanitary facilities that are second to none. You almost feel at home in your own clean bathroom. The best we have seen on our three-week trip so far. In the evening we ate pizza at the restaurant. We were skeptical because of some less positive reviews, but were very pleasantly surprised. It was delicious.

Good place for a good rest, everything super clean and new, excellent views, games for the children.

Magnificent… we are a family of five and enjoyed it. In a very beautiful setting, right beside the river, with a heated outdoor pool. A playground with trampolines and super-clean, new facilities, with a cooking area, washing machine and dryer. Restaurant at the campsite and a supermarket two minutes' walk away.

Best campsite of our trip! Beautiful spacious pitches at different levels, by the river or on grass. Three sanitary buildings with brand-new facilities, including family and children's showers. Three playgrounds with large trampolines, among other things. The outdoor pool is heated to 20 degrees and beautifully situated. Price 450 NOK, with no shower tokens needed. The breakfast buffet at 120 NOK is also recommended.

The campsite is excellent! The pitches are large and well designed. The sanitary facilities are clean. The only thing I criticize is the food: burgers or pizza, with the burger and fries dry and expensive.

Wow! Truly incredible! Modern, with exceptional facilities—laundry, pool, shop, high-end showers included, even fun showers for children, a playroom for toddlers, and so on—an idyllic pitch beside the river rapids, with very professional amenities. They are also genuinely welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend it!

Perfect for families with young kids. Three great playgrounds. Our kids loved the kids bathroom :-)
