Forest parking, quiet overnight

There is another small parking area directly above the main one. I made myself comfortable there with my dog, enjoying the birdsong and rustling leaves. Cyclists or walkers pass by very rarely—today is a public holiday! You occasionally hear a car from the main road. A nice little spot for a campervan.✦Translating

Three kilometres from the A81 and easy to find. Small hiking car park with a turning loop. Absolutely quiet and reasonably level. You only occasionally hear road noise from the main road nearby. It did not bother us at all. We could comfortably park and manoeuvre with our campervan and boat.✦Translating

We spent one night here. The access to the campsite is narrow for large motorhomes, but the pitch is spacious and level. The toilets and showers are very old, though clean and functional. The owner is a little dry but perfectly correct. Perfect for stopping and sleeping, with good value for money, but not for staying several days.

Small parking area that is useful in the area. However, there is a huge amount of traffic on this very small road quite late in the evening and very early in the morning. A few dog walkers appear from 8 a.m.✦Translating
