Been here?
A very large, partly stabilized parking area in the forest, suitable for a quiet stopover before or after visiting Trondheim. The access road is paved and in good condition, but requires a long climb from the E6. The ground is not very level and can become muddy in rain, with a risk of getting stuck. Nights are generally quiet, although nearby traffic can be heard.

Very far from anywhere, right in the middle of the forest. You have to drive uphill for quite a while from the E6. The place is not particularly level and is especially muddy in rain. You can certainly get stuck here. Fine for one night, but you could also skip it.
Accessible via a well-maintained paved road. Quiet at night even though it is right beside a lightly used road, and you can hear the cars. Very large open space.
Super peaceful, plenty of space among the pine trees.
Actually nothing special: a large gravel area at the start of what is probably a forestry road. It is nicely flat, with minimal road noise at night. It is pleasantly quiet; you can walk along the road, which climbs and offers beautiful views of the surroundings. We also saw a few deer, and there are sheep. Nothing wrong with it for one night!
