Fenced lit site, unreliable payment system

The area is good and the entrance is easy. Everything is done on the tablet. You have to enter your ID card number. Entry costs €6. Services cost extra. The exit is more complicated because the camera has trouble detecting the license plate. We called the number displayed on the terminal, and the person opened the gate for us in less than two minutes.

Very good motorhome area, very clean. NO APP NEEDED. Registration is done directly at the terminal at the entrance after entering your ID card number. The only downside is the internet connection, which means the card terminal works only half the time, as does license-plate detection when exiting. If this happens, wait about ten minutes and try again.

This area could be perfect, but access to the services is disastrous. We had to stay for a week, and the service terminal stopped issuing tickets to get water, which we had paid for, empty the tanks, and access the showers. On the day we left, the gate would not open either! We had to call the central office again.

The area seems great, but the payment system at the terminal did not allow us to use it. Too bad.

We stayed the night of the 17th and had no problems. We registered on the screen with the license plate and one person's personal details, paid for parking by debit card (€6.05), and slept peacefully without noise. The next morning we each took two showers (€2.42 for men and €2.42 for women; they were spotless, by the way) and emptied and filled the water tanks (€2.42). Everything worked perfectly.

A disaster of an access system; the staff were rude and had no desire to help. We turned around and looked for another place.

We couldn't enter because the entrance machine and its app are very complicated and didn't work. They make the easy things very difficult. We and two other motorhomes continued on to Barbate, where the same system was tremendously easy to enter and exit.

Fantastic area; we stayed two nights and everything worked without problems. I’m not giving five stars because the pitches are uneven. Thanks to El Viso del Marqués.

It was impossible for us to enter and spend the night because the access machine did not work despite trying numerous times.

I felt very safe here and was the only van there until last thing at night. I only used as a place to park and sleep, nothing else, but it was silent, clean and safe, so that's 5* from me.

48-hour stay: - The pedestrian access gate is always open and never closes. - The showers and bathrooms cannot be accessed because there is no electricity in the block, and the code reader does not read the ticket or open the door. I called to report it both days, but there was no solution. - On the first night we woke up without electricity and had to call. - On the second day I couldn't pay for electricity and had to call again.

Difficult entry, toilet block locks after each use and you have to pay for another entry. Not in a nice area. Would not recommend.

Entirely fenced and well maintained, very quiet for sleeping. Excellent value for money. We couldn't get the water ticket and couldn't refill. We noticed a sign announcing this too late.

I don't recommend it at all. The guy on the phone was rude, and here they only want to take your money. The pitches are small and everything is dirty.

Fabulous place to park; I would recommend it 100%. Very secure. Electronic gate with vehicle registration and fencing all around. Very clean and flat area, with bins outside. All services are paid separately by machine before entering; self check-in. €6.05 per night, electricity €2.42, grey/black-water disposal and water €2.42.

Very nice area, convenient once you manage to enter. But the machine is not easy. You have to be patient and not miss any steps; there is no need to download an app. Choose the language, then the pitch, enter your identity, various details and license plate number, the number of nights, whether you want electricity, etc., and pay. You can also call the displayed number.

Very nice little area. It is true that you have to follow the instructions carefully to enter. Complete quiet. Services not essential for a motorhome are paid, but at €6.06 you cannot ask for the impossible. Thank you for making places like this available to us.

Everything is as already described. At the moment, the fire extinguishers are being replaced. Apparently they are serviced and reused, because the “new” ones look to be in exactly the same condition.

Thanks to the municipality, because several similar areas in the region are not working, so we came back here for four nights.

Peaceful, quiet and safe for a small price. What more could you ask for? The EHU is 25a which is nice too. However, the fire extinguishers are out of date (same in the last place we stayed run by this company), so albeit I am not expecting a fire, it would be nice to know that the extinguishers would work properly if there were one.

We’ve just arrived, entry payment was straightforward but paying for EHU didn’t work. I phoned the call centre who reset the server and after 2 mins it worked fine. Nice spot, all new, mobile signal - 2 bars 4G. We just used a passport to gain access.

Perfect aire, you pay for what you need. We found it easy to use. Nice town, park / rambla in front, handy if you have a dog.

Very good place to spend a night with electricity, still affordable compared with other paid places. Perfect, peaceful night, spacious pitch, nothing to complain about. The only slight drawback is that it is a shame to have to pay extra for the toilets and shower, but there were no problems with payment.

We are 8.7m & low slung, slight incline at entrance but no problem. Wording on machine a little ambiguous, believe you can access just inputting passport details rather than logging on the app first. Anyway got in eventually although payment for the electricity took about 10 attempts. Very clean, safe site on the edge of sleep town.

This is the second time we have spent the night here. Quiet and safe area, very clean and reasonably priced. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the initiative.

We spent Friday night here while passing through. It was a little sloped, but with levelling blocks it was perfect. Quiet night and a good price.

The machine is modern & easy to follow didn't accept debit cards to begin with but then did the 3rd time...who knows? €6.05 just to enter €2.44 to use the toilet/shower you use the same machine to purchase a single use ticket (barcode) to open the room to go in again, you have to pay each time however its clean & modern with hot water no toilet paper or hand soap - remember before you go in!

The site is new and clean, but there are only hidden extra costs; you even have to pay for the toilet. Many people simply dump their waste in the bushes, disgusting. If we had known about all the extra costs beforehand, we would have stayed only one night; unfortunately, we immediately booked three nights. More appearance than substance for the price, beware!

This is the third one of these sites we have used in this province. After an amazing day at Castillo de Calatrava we are here with all services in a clean functional site at such an amazing price. If we had these kind of places in Britain for touring we would think ourselves incredibly lucky. Well done to the community that have provided all these sites.

The place is very clean, very quiet and very secure. However, the automatic system is far too sophisticated and not easy to use. All the motorhomes present struggled with it. It would be simpler to have a single price. Do not hesitate to call the number shown in the information menu. A little tight for a 10-metre vehicle.

We spent one night here on our way to Barcelona. The site is very well maintained and we only had to level our van minimally. Entry and exit worked automatically without any problems. One star deducted because it is not completely quiet at night, as the site is in an industrial area and you can sometimes hear lorries and similar vehicles.
