Nice place, but you have to go through the barrier to reach the toilet building, and space 16 is not recommended because it is next to overflowing bins.

Booking through the Göta Canal website is recommended. Then you can get a space directly by the water. During our visit, the Wilhelm Tham was welcomed with singing. Midsummer. No electricity here—it stays light for a long time, so who cares. Beautiful here. During our visit, a snake slithered through the meadow in front of the canal—this is nature. Recommended!

A very beautiful place!! It would be even better if there were information about when winter starts here! On October 10, the service building was closed. We understand that, but information about the actual closing date would be great!!

Beautiful place at one of Sweden's oldest locks. Very quiet and everything very clean and well maintained. At 300 SEK, not the cheapest motorhome site, but with the free washing machine and dryer it becomes very good value again :)

Poorly programmed website. I cannot book the site because all payment information is lost when I have to confirm the payment using another app. This has always worked for many other bookings

Beautiful motorhome site right at the lock. You can enjoy watching the boats passing through the lock. Charming village. Book online in advance or via the QR code on site. Clean toilets and showers. Our highlight was the free washing machine and dryer. No grey-water disposal and no electricity

Beautiful surroundings. The toilet, shower, and black-water disposal are at the lock office some distance away. There is a small 24/7 shop across the canal. At the entrance there is a small café with food and drinks. I recommend their pizzas! Magically delicious ❤️

Great motorhome site. Check in online, choose a space, and pay by credit card or Swish. 300 SEK including showers and toilets, with an access code received by SMS, across the canal in the ferry house. Great view of the canal and lock. Delicious café on the other side of the road

Romantically located site by the canal. No grey-water disposal, no electricity. If you need it, there is also no satellite reception because of the trees. But you do not need that here either. Enjoy the peace and marvel at the surroundings. An interesting industrial museum is nearby. Booking via QR code. Extending the booking was not possible because the space had already been taken by a new booking. So we had to move to vacant spaces. At 300 SEK, it is expensive

Nice place by the canal locks. Maybe a little overpriced as so many short term parking for campervans are these days. 300kr without electricity. Toilets & services accessible across the canal. Unfortunately on the grass there is too much bird poop from the geese family!

Very nice place, but quite busy. It is worth booking online or arriving by around 2 p.m. Our caravan, 7.5 m long, fit well in the back row. Great that showers, toilets, and service facilities are available

In the last days of the low season, contrary to other entries, it costs 190 SEK without electricity; no electricity connections are currently visible either. The service building is open, and toilet disposal is also possible there. The 24/7 shop can also be used by non-Swedes with the appropriate app

We have already been here for the second time and appreciate the unique location directly at the lock. The little shop and café are highly recommended. The site now costs 300 SEK, including showers/toilets, which are somewhat dated, as well as a washing machine and dryer, both very new.
