Quiet overnight parking, narrow access

Top spot! One point deducted because in summer the view of the Loire is unfortunately blocked by trees. Strictly speaking, it is also not directly on the Loire, but on the wide sandbank behind it.

Perfect spot! Flat and more shaded than the small parking area upstream. It is worth continuing all the way to the end of the road; there is room for several vans. We spent a very calm and pleasant night. There are indeed toilets at the community hall, open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., very clean, with toilet paper, water and soap. There are also household-waste and recycling bins, as well as compost bins.

Extremely quiet place for the night because it is a dead end. Only hikers and cyclists pass through. No direct access to the water, but you can watch the hot-air balloons go by. Pass the parking area and continue along the road to the very end. Tables and bins. Very clean.

the loire look desolate at the moment. The main road closure results in google maps routing along a muddy track if coming from the west so beware. only off road driving skills got motorhome through!

I confirm the previous reviews: an ideal, peaceful place in nature. I highly recommend this site, especially because hot-air balloons fly over in the early morning.

A small gravel parking area. Farther away, a grassy area. Accessible road. Quiet. We arrived at night in the rain and did not see the scenery. Easy to turn around.

Very peaceful spot! A few cyclists sometimes stop to eat at the tables. But what a pleasure to be woken by hot-air balloons flying over the Loire. Thanks to the municipality for this spot, and please leave it clean after your visit.

Superb spot on the banks of the Loire. Absolute tranquillity for spending the night. Easy access by van even during flooding.
