Nice place sheltered by trees, with a picnic table, but the nearby road is somewhat noisy.
There is a sign on a tree now saying ‘Aire’ for this place. Parking for large MH ok, accessible coming down the hill from the war memorial. Road noise quite evident during the day but less so at night. Shaded and on the grass by the river. Picnic table.
