The place looked good and had a great view. However, you should check the alpine hut’s opening hours. We arrived late in the evening, but the parking area had been closed with a steel chain and combination lock. Consequently, we could not sleep there. We parked in the lower area and were woken by an angry tenant.✦Translating

Very beautiful place with a magnificent view. You can go 150 meters higher to eat. Very friendly welcome. The access road is drivable but narrow, so passing each other can be challenging.✦Translating

We called the owners to inform about our quite late arrival to the overnight parking area, and despite the late arrival and the bad weather the owners kept the restaurant open for us. When we arrived the owners and workers welcomed us extremely warmly, and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all amazing experience, people, food and view, surrounded by cows! ❤️

An incredibly great place, with an unbelievable view. At the end of September, we had it all to ourselves; unfortunately, the alpine hut was already closed. Anyone seeking peace and relaxation is in the right place here! Please contact the innkeeper beforehand; after struggling 7 km up the mountain, you should be sure you are allowed to stay.✦Translating

Spectacular place with a breathtaking view at sunrise. Quiet, with very clean toilets and showers 100 meters away in the restaurant, where we ate well. Plenty of walks nearby. You must book; only three spaces are available. The welcoming girls are extremely friendly.✦Translating

Anyone who has struggled 7 km uphill in second gear will be rewarded! Absolutely amazing, in the middle of nature. Be sure to call beforehand. Apart from hiking and enjoying nature, there is nothing else to do—and that is a good thing. Toilet and shower available in the alpine hut. Price: CHF 15 per camper and CHF 5 per person per night.✦Translating
