Truck parking, very loud

Yes, you can park here free of charge for 10 hours with a parking disc, but it is very noisy due to through traffic. Buses and trucks speed through here, and sleep was hardly possible, although I am not particularly sensitive to noise. I will not stay overnight here again.

We parked here free of charge for 10 hours with a parking disc and stayed overnight. A large Aral petrol station and McDonald's are nearby. Lindau island is about 3.5 km away on foot. Many trucks and also occasional motorhomes, from small to large, park and stay overnight here. There is quite a lot of traffic in the evening. The motorhome sometimes shakes. But it is quieter after midnight. Fine for passing through.

We felt similarly to the other reviewers. Certainly practical and safe to park without problems, but probably without much sleep, because the road is quite busy and you cannot settle down. Possible as an emergency solution, but we drove on.

Very suitable for a rest. However, the road is busy and loud. I used the time to cycle to Lindau. I did not want to stay overnight. Certainly conceivable as an emergency solution.
