This flat, asphalted parking area is in front of a monastery, with a gravel road continuing towards the Danube. It is free and has public toilets, but no water or emptying facilities; the toilet building may close in the early afternoon. Recent stays describe a very quiet night, and the monastery church and riverside walk are nearby. Church bells may sound at 8am.

Very quiet place, the parking area in front of the monastery. No services at all, but it is free. In the morning we briefly visited the impressive monastery church and left a small donation. If you like, you can also take a short walk to the beautiful Danube bank; we stayed there two years ago.
Perfect place, quiet night.
Horrible night. Yes, there are bins and toilets, which is nice, but locals drive very fast on the road directly in front of the parking area all night. One car stopped from 2 to 3 a.m. with music blasting before speeding away. Next time I would go farther along the Danube!
Perfect. Level parking space and a quiet night. The toilet was tidy and clean.
Large flat concrete parking. Ideal if you have dogs as a lot of places to walk them. Arrived late and left early. Quiet night, 4 other vans. Bells went from the church at 8am
Very peaceful Friday night but it was out of season and raining! Three other motorhomes for company. Very few other vehicles. The Orthodox church of the monestary is just wonderful. Nice easy walk to the Danube.
According to the Park4Night listing, you can fill your water tank here, but that is not true. There are only two sinks in the toilet building where you can wash your hands; you cannot connect a water container or hose. Also be aware that the toilet-building doors are locked early in the afternoon.
We stayed one night. Good flat spot. Clean area. in the morning we took our dogs for a quick walk, no issues with other dogs.
Well, a dull and dark parking area. Ideal for visiting the monastery, but nothing more. Completely unsuitable for overnight stays, with cars constantly coming and going, even at night. We simply continued along the gravel road to the Danube, where it becomes truly remote, quiet, and scenic.
Excellent parking area for a very quiet night; the road is not very busy. Cars arrive for an early mass at the monastery on Sunday morning, from 7:30 to 8 a.m. No internet, and the toilets are closed in the evening.
Very beautiful place. We wanted to sleep for a few hours during the day, but visitors kept arriving and making noise. Still a very beautiful place. We will come again.
