Tourist hiking area, no overnighting

Nice spot for the night and beautiful walks and views. Was a little noisy with cars and horse and carts going past

I am shocked that people publicly admit to parking here. It is the biggest tourist attraction around, and people park on the roadside. Stop doing this! It is precisely because of people like this that we are becoming increasingly unpopular.

Do not drive up there! Use a bicycle or walk, or take one of the carriages. You do not need to take a camper everywhere; driving and staying overnight are not allowed here. I do not understand why some people have to ignore such rules. The area is dreamy, so do not ruin it with wild camping. Thank you.

For lack of a better option in this region, where it is difficult to find a calm and pleasant place. No traffic at night.

We passed through at the end of the day, but because there was a storm, we did not stay overnight. In the valley with the river and large rocks, we did not feel confident. In case of a storm, I recommend staying on the main road towards Killarney and not venturing onto the roads of the Black Valley. Otherwise, it is indeed a great road, but leave early in the morning because it is very touristy.
