A lovingly maintained roadside picnic area with a large covered table, fireplace, grill, free firewood, matches, and a grill grate. A 20 meter path leads to a waterfall viewpoint, while the gorge can be viewed along about 30 meters of guard rail. A 2 km hike starts here, traffic is light, and a small donation is welcomed in the red pipe.

Small roadside area with little traffic. We spent a quiet night. Unfortunately, there is no access to the river.

Wonderful place with lovely walking opportunities. The occasional cars disappear into the sound of the waterfall. Firewood, fire starters and a grill grate—everything you could need is provided. You are happy to leave some money in the red donation box.
Beautifully arranged and well-maintained rest area cared for by locals. We spent a lovely night here, sheltered from the rain and warmed by a fire—we would gladly come back!
