A calm parking area directly beside a lock, with normal parking bays and a 12-tonne crossing over the lock. The waterfront and lock provide pleasant walks, while shops, restaurants and tennis courts are nearby. There are no services, and occasional daytime movement or train noise gives way to quiet nights.

Very quiet place at the lock. The restaurant at the stable, 500 m away, is excellent. Very pleasant night. No services.

Great parking area; we stayed for two days. You occasionally hear the train. In the evening, cars regularly arrive for a walk. But at night it is quiet.
The parking area is quiet at night and I slept well there. It is a good starting point for cycling along the Neckar. You can also watch barges passing through the locks. There are restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, there is no public toilet in the parking area.
