Seaside parking, motorhome access impossible

I wonder who added this place. It is completely unsuitable because you cannot drive there unless you have a Fiat 500—I mean the original from the 1960s!!!! We followed the route and suddenly got stuck! Manoeuvring backwards out took about two hours! At a later campsite we met others who had the same experience.

Limited charm, but the view and the adjacent lake made for a pleasant overnight stay. The access is suitable for any motorhome.

Quiet despite the road, no problem with a 7 m motorhome. Good view of the Strait of Messina.

Large area with a beautiful view, no services, narrow access, suitable only for cars and buses—not motorhomes or similar vehicles. We spent a quiet, safe night alone in the car.

I couldn't get in because the entrance was extremely narrow and the road was in poor condition. I risked being unable to get out, so I decided to stay on the road outside, which is literally a motorway! Motorbikes, cars, lorries and even buses race past. It seems there is no speed limit! Even at 3 a.m. on a Tuesday, there was continuous traffic.

Although somewhat noisy, we spent a peaceful night at the narrowest point between Sicily and Italy.

Okay for one night. In the evening, many couples arrive by car and it is not completely quiet until late at night. However, the morning view makes it worthwhile. In the morning, many fishermen and dog walkers arrive. A supermarket and the centre of Torre Faro are nearby and reachable by car in five minutes.

The place is okay for one night, beside a road and a restaurant.

Very beautiful view of the sea. Unfortunately rather unsuitable for children, as there is a lot of rubbish and broken glass in the parking area. We heard music from the neighbouring restaurant until about midnight, and some cars stopped briefly in the parking area. Wind-related reception was good, but a Zoom meeting had a few interruptions. The next day, our beach sand toys unfortunately disappeared.
