Valley parking, steep access

Beautiful view, great place for one night while passing through.

Hello everyone. Attention! Work will take place here until summer 2026 for the accessibility study for upcoming exceptional-load convoys, as the first six wind turbines will be removed and replaced, involving major earthworks. Access studies and clearing are currently underway. How long this site will be unusable depends on how long the work takes!

A sloping car park overlooking the Sancey valley, with a steep, winding climb and a few passing areas. We climbed in first gear. The view is magnificent, with a sign reserving two motorhome spaces at the foot of the relay antenna. Two little fawns came to entertain us. Follow the signs for the wind-turbine park. We spent a very peaceful night here. Worth seeing if you like beautiful landscapes.

Very beautiful view and quiet! Be careful: the parking area has a steep incline, so bring good levelling blocks.

A beautiful place overlooking Le Vallon de Sancy. Very quiet. If coming from the Col de Ferrière direction, do not follow the Waze GPS, which sends you along a poor three-kilometre forest road. Instead, continue to Vyt-lès-Belvoir and drive up from there.

A great place. Wonderful view and completely quiet. Access is problematic for large motorhomes. Single-lane road. Thanks to the municipality.

An extraordinary view and a silent place! Great! Access may be a little difficult for large vehicles because the road is narrow and climbs steeply. Two spaces on the site. Downside: the parking area is next to an antenna mast, other relay stations are nearby, and the area is called the wind-turbine area. There are very pretty spots and a hiking trail starts here.

Perfect location, but perhaps best avoided at this time of year. Access is quite difficult because of the steep slope, and there is very strong wind at the site, making it less pleasant for a peaceful stay! Otherwise, guaranteed boat-like rocking ^^
