A large, free and shaded car park behind the town hall, with enough space for large vehicles including a 7m camper. It is generally quiet, though the car park fills with council workers and visitors in the morning. A park and laundry are 5 minutes away, with washing and drying costing €10 for 20 kg, and the N2 passport can be stamped at the adjacent fire station.

Good parking area for spending the night.Translating
Our 7 m motorhome just fit in the space, leaving some room behind for the footpath, with the front sticking out slightly. Next to a beautiful park, and a laundrette 5 minutes’ walk away. For €10, 20 kg washed and dried.Translating
Very big car park, plenty of space . Very quiet day and night.
A very peaceful spot to stay. Very grateful to the council for providing it. Nice walks in the nearby parks and along the river. You can stamp your N2 book at the fire station next to it. You might consider leaving before 9am as the council workers and visitors fill the car park making it a bit tight for longer vehicles to get out.
I stopped at this place because I arrived at night and there were plenty of spaces. I was able to rest, but in the morning there was noise and a lot of activity.Translating
