Been here?
A discreet, flat forest spot just beside a winding road, generally quiet at night and suitable for hiking or dog walks. Recent forestry and logging work has left the ground muddy, and machinery has disturbed visitors during the day. There is no phone signal and no facilities. Several parking spots are available along the road.

Nice park up for one night, just off the road but no noise from traffic. No phone signal or facilities. Very muddy due to heavy rain. We were not disturbed by anyone. Good location for hikes/dog walks.
Relatively level ground but a little muddy following recent deforestation, away from the road even though the road is right beside it. No noise pollution from cars or anything else, but we were woken around 09:30 by construction machinery for forestry work. A decent emergency spot for one night, but nothing special. Almost identical to the photos already posted.
Quiet area, close to the road but very peaceful at night. There are several spots along the road in case one is already occupied.
Ruined by logging and forestry machines.
Ideal for a quiet night, with easy access and flat ground right beside the road, but peaceful and not visible from the road, in the middle of the forest. Woken in the morning by birds. However, as mentioned previously, there is no phone signal.
Very quiet place indeed. There was a car with two young people when we arrived, but they quickly left, and we were alone all night. However, there is no phone signal. The road from Annecy is quite winding, but it is ideal for a quiet night without going too far away.
Quiet, with hiking nearby. Accessible by motorhome or van. Enough space to set up a table and chairs. No phone signal.
Great spot. We parked just opposite, on the other side of the road. Quiet place where you can set up a table and chairs. Bring a duvet; it is at 1,000 m altitude.
Close to the road but very quiet. Perfect for one night. Be sure to park on the hard ground, not on the grass; there is a small recess. No phone signal.
April 27: We could not stay because of recent logging; the ground was too soft. Otherwise, it looked peaceful.
