Been here?
A large free public parking area at a shopping complex, useful for visiting Vilnius by bus, boat, bicycle or on foot. Parking permission is indicated from 08h00-24h00, although the signs are confusing and many vehicles remain for long periods. Traffic noise is noticeable until about 23h00, then it becomes quieter; the shopping centre has toilets.

Shopping-centre car park. “Permission” from 08:00 to 24:00. Nobody bothered us apart from traffic noise, but after 23:00 it was fine. Many vans have been parked there for a long time! To go into town, take bus 33 to Karaliaus Mindaugo Tiltas, on the basilica of Saint Stanislaus side. For the return, take number 3 towards Povilo Luksio St. from the same bus stop.Translating
Perfect parking for an overnight stay. Cars and vans have been parked there for a long time, so the parking-disc signs do not seem to be respected. We settled on the side by the Domino’s Pizza entrance, where there were no signs. The shopping-centre toilet, open every day until 23:00, costs 50 cents. Several buses are available to reach the city centre.Translating
Excellent free parking for visiting Vilnius, by bus, boat, bike or foot. It is a shopping complex, there are some confusing parking signs, but plenty of vehicles have been there for some time. Stayed 2 nights opposite Dominos pizza sign alongside footpath. Normal traffic noise, but quiet enough at night. Plenty of space.
No problem finding space, relatively quiet at night, and we slept well from midnight onwards. Half an hour by bus from the historic centre. At the supermarket, alcoholic drinks are not sold after 20:00.Translating
