Rottenbiller utca 58, 1077, Budapest
Been here?
A large, partly shaded parking area on concrete or rough gravel, suitable for visiting Budapest. A recent overnight stay of 18 hours cost 3000, stated as 9€, and the Parliament is about 30 minutes away on foot. The ground can make finding a level space difficult, and security is not always present.

An excellent parking area for visiting Budapest! Thirty minutes' walk to the Parliament and the bridge leading to Fisherman's Bastion. We stayed here for 18 hours, including a very quiet night, and paid 3,000, or €9. I recommend it!
Ground is rough and can be difficult to find a good parking spot - but it seems to be an OK place for a few days in Budapest.
I was there toward evening, and I was shocked by the place and did not feel safe. The security guard had already left, and it is cramped for seven motorhomes. I started looking around and, directly opposite the exit, drove into the street; after 200 meters, turn into a Spar shop, drive onto the car park through the barrier, and you are there.
Car park on a demolition site, usually guarded. Good place to park. I would not want to sleep here. More suitable for smaller motorhomes.
Perfect for keeping the motorhome in a guarded place rather than on the street. We parked at the back and could barely hear the traffic. We were charged by the day: 9,000 HUF for three days. Not badly located; we could walk to quite a few places. The staff were very friendly. The ground could be better.
We parked here for two days. The park has 24-hour security. It is level. Although it was closer to the road at night, it’s not noisy. When we arrived, we took the metro (a 5-minute walk) and bought a group ticket. The ticket is valid for the metro, bus and tram. Its highly recommended.
We were satisfied here. We did not sleep here, but left our camper for three days and could easily get into it during the day.
Stayed there in May 2024. Everything was okay. Dog-friendly too. I recommend it.
Quiet and safe parking. The guards, husband and wife, were very kind and helpful. We spent a truly peaceful night.
Bad—the man tried to scam me by attempting to charge me double. In the end, I even gave him extra money.
I do not recommend it at all! We found the camper door on the driver's side forced open and unlocked. We did not notice anything missing from inside; they probably ran away and did not have time to search the interior, but they caused damage. It all happened during the day while we were away visiting central Budapest.
At the entrance there is a tap that we were allowed to use. We had a quiet night.
I parked here for two nights over the weekend. Slept in the van one night and a hostel another. it is surprisingly quiet due to the high walls and felt safe. There is an attendant on site 24/7 so I felt confident leaving the van here and staying elsewhere. the attendant didn't speak English but was friendly and charged me fairly.
