Tornby Strand is a quiet, uncrowded beach parking area with a great view, suitable for daytime stays only. It is close to Hirtshals ferry harbour and good for a long break or waiting for the ferry. Swimming is possible and safe with DLRG supervision. Stay on the driven paths, as dry sand can quickly cause vehicles to get stuck.

We stayed here for a day to bridge the time before the ferry in Hirtshals. Very quiet beach, barely used in May. We would gladly come again!
Great place for an extended break. Clean, spacious and close to the ferry port. Daytime use only; swimming in the sea is possible and safe thanks to the lifeguards.
An extraordinary spot if you are lucky enough to have sunshine! Ideal for relaxing before the ferry.
Really great place for the day! You can park on the beach and spend the day there. Stay only on the well-used paths, otherwise you can quickly get stuck.
