Unnamed Road, 681 91, Kristinehamn
Been here?
This is a quiet forest spot beside a lake, reached by a somewhat bumpy gravel road. A path leads from the parking area to the water, where several fire pits are available. The lake has a rocky entry for swimming, and there are no other services. Recent information warns that camping here is not legally permitted.

According to Sweden’s Environmental Protection Agency, caravans, motorhomes, and roof tents in nature are not covered by the right of public access. Driving off-road with a caravan, motorhome, or car is forbidden, as is setting up such vehicles or a roof tent. Nearly all undeveloped land legally counts as terrain.
Very beautiful place for one or several nights. The access road is bumpy, but even with a car there are no problems. There are several fire pits and a fantastic morning view of the lake. Very quiet place. There is room for several campers.
Really beautiful place! We stayed here for two nights. You can see the lake through the trees and a small path leads directly to the shore. The entry into the water is very rocky, though. A car passes occasionally, but otherwise it is very quiet.
We loved the place. Enchanted forest path to the water. You can easily get into the water and swim here. You need to be a little careful with the stones. Otherwise, a great place to pick blueberries and mushrooms. Several fire pits are available.
Beautiful place at the lake with a fireplace. A few mosquitoes around.
Very beautiful place, with a fire pit above and another by the water. Swimming is a little more difficult because of the stones but possible, and it is in a quiet location. We shared the place with another camper. Please take your rubbish with you!
We stayed at a small spot 20 metres before this one, but also looked at this place. Everything was fairly clean, and we spent a very nice evening by the campfire at the lake. The lake is very clear, but the large slippery stones on the bottom put us off swimming. It is possible, though. The only traffic was other campers, so it was very quiet, with no other noise.
PERFECT! Down by the lake, you can end the evening at the fire pit.
Wonderful spot, almost directly at the lake. There are some houses around, but they’re far away enough. We spent the night alone. There were a few cars passing though, maybe locals or visitors of the summer houses at the lake.
Beautiful place! Great access to the lake; in good weather you can definitely swim. Two campfire spots. The only traffic was other campers, so arrive early! Watch out for ticks.
