A daytime car park beside the Clare Water Safety building, overlooking the beach. Parking past the building has no height restriction, although vans longer than 6.4m may struggle, and there are no-camping signs. Toilets are closed, and there are no overnight stops; some spaces outside the barriers are not very flat.

We had a nice lunch here overlooking the beach, parking past the Water Safety building where there is no height restriction. Our dog appreciated the walk out and around the point, map on the Safety building. You might struggle to park in a van longer than 6.4m. There are no camping signs.
The toilets were closed and it now says no overnight stops. One star because there are bins.
not really sure how useful this is as a park up. car park has height barriers. out side spaces but none really very flat. Clare water building closed when we arrived on Saturday night. public toilets closed and smelt really bad outside, best off using small beach car park. might be ok if busy.
