The worst place we have stayed. It is not a campsite for motorhomes, but only for caravans or cabins. They parked us next to the cabins. People come and go at all hours, and everyone drives fast. Few showers. Impossible to fill with drinking water because there is no space and the site is too steep; draining gray water is difficult. There is supposedly a restaurant, but it is a kiosk that closes at 6 p.m.✦Translating

Nice place if you have children..but very noisy. A lot of children screaming and running. Not a relaxing place to be.

Camping in extremely cramped conditions with poor value for money. The sanitary facilities are clean, but there are too few for the huge site. Showers are only available via a rechargeable card. If you do not use the balance, there is nothing else you can do with it. After two weeks in Norway with our motorhome, we are really disappointed. The location does not make up for it.✦Translating

420 NOK for one night without electricity, with showers costing extra, and the site itself poorly signposted and full of long-term campers is not really justified. You have to buy a separate card for the showers and load credit onto it. The tent pitches are unattractive, and overall the site does not seem to have been laid out with care. I would not come back. We had a great night here. The other places we had picked out were already full, so we came here. We got a great spot in front of one of the unoccupied cabins with a sea view. Staff very attentive. Sanitary facilities clean. Showers and pool cost extra—but we know that from many sites. Great value for money for us. We would come again. Beautiful beach!✦Translating

Located on a small bathing cove. Very friendly welcome, sanitary area clean. Many long-term campers among whom you are placed, which can make it tight for larger motorhomes. If you do not like crowds, this is the wrong place for you.✦Translating

This campsite is absolutely excellent. We cannot compare the price with other places in Norway, but the site is very well maintained, and the long-term campers’ pitches are also well kept. The sanitary facilities, kitchen and washing machines are all very clean and orderly. The campsite is very confusing and consists almost entirely of long-term campers. As far as we could tell, there are only about 10 free pitches, including some right at the front by the beach, but cars are constantly arriving and leaving. The women’s toilets were anything but clean, and we first had to reassemble the showerhead ourselves before we could shower.✦Translating

As a typical German, I would say: “If I could, I would give zero stars.” However, I must say that this description is completely accurate. It is quite difficult to find a free pitch. One of the washrooms was unfortunately closed, and the other toilets have contained feces for about six hours. The site is very confusing and absolutely does not meet standard. Luckily, I am only staying one night.✦Translating

We stayed there for one night with a rooftop tent. Everything was super clean and tidy. There is a beach, a small harbor and a playground for children. We stayed among the unused cabins, where we had plenty of space and peace.✦Translating

Great campsite for children—with a large playground and a saltwater pool right by the sea/Baltic Sea. Direct access to the beach. We stayed there for one night in a VW bus without electricity before catching the ferry, with two kids. Our three-year-old loved swimming and playing. Live music downstairs at the beach bar… Toilets and showers were extremely clean!✦Translating

The place was packed with mostly long term caravans, so it was hard to find a spot to park for the night. It was a bit noisy at day, with people playing music. However the noise during the night was horrible. We woke up multiple times due to local having street race and dogs nearby barking constantly. Thankfully we only spent one night before having to catch the ferry. Wouldn't recommend it.

Stayed on the beach for two nights at the end of April. The campsite was still quiet, so we could choose our own spot. Everything else on the campsite was still closed, and some areas looked messy and old. The showers and toilets were clean and good. The toilet was free; the shower cost 20 NOK for five minutes, but it was a good shower. Friendly people at reception.✦Translating

Nice spot right by the sea. We paid 300 NOK for one night with electricity and two showers, but it was outside the season. Showers were okay, so one star deducted.✦Translating

The price is normal and the sanitary facilities are clean. I have already paid significantly more this year and not received such a nice offering. You can get a site map at reception. The circular hiking trail is very beautiful, and you can also hike farther. The cycling and hiking opportunities are also good.✦Translating

What can I say. Simply expensive. It was the most expensive place in Norway that we used in two weeks. Sanitary facilities okay. There are no signs pointing to the sanitary facilities. I would not visit it again.✦Translating

No decent pitches for motorhomes. You are supposed to find a place between cabins and long-term campers. You spend ages driving around the grounds for this. We stayed only because we were tired. Once and never again.✦Translating
