Riverside spot, overnight stays forbidden

So much traffic on the weekend. Guys hanging out in cars late at night. Pulling in and driving around. Motorbikes and quad bikes all weekend. It's not level. Even though the river is nice there is no peace and quiet and Polish people have no respect for people in Campervans.

We came to this wonderful spot two years ago. Today, at the end of April 2026, it is no longer possible to get through. An embankment blocks access. Perhaps it will be cleared for the summer? What a shame!✦Translating

We spent one night at this place. Unfortunately, a gravel road runs directly alongside it and is fairly busy, so we parked right by the water. The road is not too disturbing because of the noise from the river. We were there with another camper. A level spot is not available everywhere, but it is perfectly fine for one night and very beautiful right by the river.✦Translating

We saw nothing indicating private property. There were no signs suggesting it. We parked down by the water, right next to the bushes, so we were not in the way. All the spaces are very sloped! I would not park up above because cars, trucks and quads constantly race past. Down below, at least you still have the sound of the river, which helps against the noise. We were alone here for one night.✦Translating

Great place to stay by the river! During the day lots of people, also trash is everywhere. But still this spot is one of the best near Zakopane.

It is private property. It is forbidden to sleep here! You can only be here during the day. You may get a fine.✦Translating

A beautiful spot in nature, right by a small river. We spent 3 nights here without any problems. Many locals and other campers, yet it was not overcrowded and really beautiful. There are no waste-disposal facilities, so please take your rubbish with you. Unfortunately, some people leave their rubbish behind.✦Translating

Nice spot by the water, suitable for about 6 campervans. On a nice day or night it is probably a busy place for locals. When we were there it was raining, so it was quiet and we slept well.✦Translating

Lovely spot during the day, tho busy with locals also enjoying the water. No good on a Saturday night - seems to be a popular place to come to drink. Another camper was here, but we moved on

Be careful not to obstruct the area. This is the firefighters' water-drawing point. Extremely busy during the day, with cars, buses, construction trucks, and rental quad bikes passing through. It may be suitable for a quick dip on a summer afternoon, but it is of no interest once the weather turns cold.✦Translating

Very nice, free parking area. There is also a fire-brigade access point to the water, but there is enough space to park without blocking it. We stayed for 3 nights without any problems. It is busy during the day with quad bikes, horses, and so on, but at night it is quiet apart from the river. Unfortunately, there is quite a lot of rubbish left by campers—please make sure to take your own rubbish with you! :)✦Translating

A popular place indeed, we were around 5-6 vehicles tonight (august 15 though). Very good to spend one night, but it quickly gets busy as the day comes. Close to very nice hike trails, and you don't hear the main road. I don't know what's with people around here, but the place is full of garbage, which is a real shame.

Beautiful spot, but quite steep. It was well frequented by locals with fires, and quad tours went right through the site. A road runs behind the site, with buses also using it. One night is fine, but no more than that.✦Translating

Beautiful spot right by the river. From here you can take some lovely hikes and taste local smoked cheese at one of the many little huts. We stayed here for 3 nights in total. We liked it very much.✦Translating

A beautiful place, a gem in Podhale. The sound of the river and a great starting point for mountain trips. The area is large but uneven. It is better to arrive early because there may be no space in the evening.✦Translating

A peaceful spot just off the road. Nothing better then listening to the sound of the river! A few other van goers near by so you felt safe and great star gazing.
