Good place to sleep for one night, with a view of the river. Very quiet.

I absolutely do not recommend it: cars playing loud music drove back and forth all night. We even had police torches monitoring the area. A one-night stop, fortunately, on the way to our holiday destination! We left at 5:30 a.m. without having slept. Avoid.
Beware, our motorhome was burgled in broad daylight.
No access permitted for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes!!!
With our 9-metre, 3.5-ton motorhome we had no chance of getting there; everything was too narrow or prohibited for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes.
It is not free, but the rates are not posted either. We did not know this because the parking sign did not indicate it. In the morning we saw a booth and approached it to pay. Surprise: the price depends on the company operating the river tours, Inge Tours, and they wanted to charge 590 CZK plus 190 CZK per person. We objected and finally paid 150 CZK. Very unprofessional.
