Knight's Hill, PO18, Chichester
Been here?
This is a spacious gravel parking area with excellent views, including views towards the hills and coast. There are no height restrictions, and recent stays found plenty of room for turning and several campers. There are no toilets or bins, while the nearby road can create noise until late.

amazing spot, done a few nights here and it's been so peaceful with the most awesome views.
Good view but next to a busy road. Plenty of space however!
Spectacular views and peaceful location. Will be back!
Nice spot, good signal.
Had a peaceful night. It’s a good spot with pleasant views (or it was until someone threw out their old food to feed the crows).
Here now. Stone’s throw from home dos nice quick trip out. Horse racing is on but doesn’t seem to be an issue (at least for now). Great views northward and, if you cross the road and climb the hill to the hill fort/Roman lookout you’ll see an expansive view of the south coast…and my house.
Lovely view over hills, near Goodwood racecourse, large gravel car park also parking on grass/picnic area. Quite near the road, so some noise until late.
Have stayed several times. Plenty of space, with a few other campers staying the night.
We stayed here for two nights, very nice location. There are no bins or toilets, but some nice walks and a nice pub in Singleton a short walk away. Views are great and even when it was snowing, raining and blowing a gale it was a good location. Not much road noise and a gravel parking area for large campervans. a few dig walks each day. not level, as on a slight slope.
Wow, what a find! I did not believe free places like this still existed! Five stars all round: peaceful and beautiful. No height restrictions, plenty of space to turn around, with a wide entrance and exit. Excellent for dogs. I imagine it is impossible to park during all Goodwood events.
Great spot for sunset! Big open space close to Goodwood. No height restriction.
Stayed here last night, great spot, quiet and no height barriers. Can be windy as its high up and exposed.
Excellent place for a larger motorhome. Lovely views, with normal noise levels until about 8 or 9 p.m. Then it was quiet. Also a good area to let the dog run, with lovely walks.
Stayed here last night. First time out in the van. other than a few cars nice and quiet.
Sadly, another spot ruined by people who have overstayed their welcome. Height barriers are now being installed.
Great views in car park area, fantastic 360° views from the iron age hill fort above (The Trundle), a short 5 min walk to Goodwood race course
Site near Goodwood with space available during the Festival of Speed. The ground is slightly sloping.
Nice spot, lots of amazing views and walks nearby and not that far to the coast.
