Great spot to spend the night. As reviewed, one large gravel lot with no height restrictions. The photos don't show it. Shaded on one side, very quiet. 1 CHF/hour up to 10CHF max. The clock resets daily at midnight so you can pay more than 10, cost us 20 for 14:30 overnight to 10 a.m. next morning. Expensive for no services, but it's steps away from a great beach with facilities and restaurant.
Huge gravel parking lot with no height restrictions and a large parking lot with restrictions for cars. Payment is hourly but no more than 10 euros per day.
It is a wide parking, but most places are limited to 2 meters in height. No services but you can stay at night (pay per hours, 24 hours about 10 euros or so with easy park). There are few places (maybe six or so) on one side that have no restriction in height so we parked camper there. On may 1st weekend, tickets machines were out of order so we stayed 2 days for free place is quite and seem safe
We stayed for one night as a stopover. It was very quiet and we were practically alone in the large parking lot. You pay €7 for 14 hours of parking, although nobody came to check (perhaps because it was the low season).
The motorhome parking area is separately designated and is easy to access even with longer motorhomes. Kressbronn is a 5-minute walk away. Only a few minutes from the main road, ideal for an overnight stop while passing through! After all, it is only a parking lot.
We arrived Monday evening and spent the night in the front car parking area. The next day we saw that the motorhome spaces were at the back and moved there. Monday night was very quiet. Tuesday night was somewhat busier because there was training on the football field and afterwards the kids rode around on their scooters. Otherwise, great location, quiet, fair price. No height restriction.
Quiet night with 5 other campers. Paid parking, no services. A lake entrance is available just a few steps away for €4, well worth it, with sunbathing areas, water access, sports, dining, and hot showers.
