This free Cwmbran train-station car park has no height or time restrictions and plenty of spaces. It is close to Lidl, Morrisons, dog-walking areas and a clean station toilet available during business hours. Overnight stays can be peaceful, but weekend rowdiness, car horns, early-morning activity and sloping bays may affect sleep.

great park up, the one thing kids use it as a car meeting place play footy and beep there horns on cars maybe it was just a one off, loads of spaces though,
Stayed on a friday night, id suggest staying as far from the actual station as possible, due to rowdyness late at night and early morning. Not doubt just weekend behavior. We parked near a factory that put on air conditioning/extraction early in morning. Also looks like a lot of bays are on a slant, apart from that its definitely a great park up.
Great spot, obviously good for Lidl and Morrisons. I backed my long-wheelbase Sprinter in, and it fits well.
Arrived 9pm and it’s 9am now. Haven’t left yet. Peaceful most of the night but there’s construction going on at the station so it got noisy around 6am. The ground is flat and toilets are available during business hours.
Stayed the night with no problems. Peaceful. Arrived at 11 p.m. and left at 8 a.m.
