Quiet town area, muddy pitches

I stopped by, but it was terrible: far from everything, no shade, poorly maintained, far from the city center, scattered electrical outlets, vehicle noise, six tiny pitches on this area that should be demolished. The site should be marked closed in winter. It is impossible to park on the grass pitches because the vehicle sinks in. All the electrical outlets we tested are out of order, and the access codes do not work on the toilets. We are parking on the paved road inside the campsite for the night, since it is currently just us and a Belgian car with a trailer. Negatives: all the pitches are on grass; during rainy periods, do not park on them because you will get stuck, guaranteed. No lighting at night. Positives: beautiful town center, swimming pool right next door, and uphill hikes. Very quiet; the train did not disturb us much.✦Translating

Indeed, the pitches are grassy and therefore muddy in winter, but there is hardly anyone here and motorhomes can park along the paved path opposite the pitches. Sanitary facilities are closed in winter. A little noisy because of the N10 and the nearby train, but it is a beautiful motorhome parking area in the town center, which is a significant advantage.✦Translating

Very good, spacious, well-maintained pitch in a former campsite. The only significant drawback is the noise from National Road 10 directly above. Continuous vehicle noise, so do not forget your earplugs.✦Translating

It was complicated to get in although a nice gentleman on the phone helped and we got finally in we tried to park on a lot as it was getting dark and immediately got stuck Ed in clay and mud. With the help of two very nice local guys we were able to dig the car out after a few hours for sure not recommend this site✦Translating

Run away! Waterlogged ground. Until stabilized pitches are installed, you risk a serious workout. Four motorhomes got stuck in 24 hours. Thanks for the aperitif :-) Otherwise, a quiet area and a restful night.✦Translating

This place was a disaster, I arrived after dark, no lights, totally black. Drove to the grass pitch and immediately got stuck in the mud. Camping Car Park are NO help what so ever, as it is NOT their responsibility. I had an awful night, spent all the next day getting help. Couldn’t wait to leave this place and will never visit again. Plenty of evidence that many get stuck here too, flood plain. ✦Translating
