A spacious campsite beside a farm, with free choice of pitches on grass or gravel. Facilities include clean sanitary areas, large showers, a small kitchen, WiFi, electricity, and washing facilities. Two supermarkets are within walking distance, and the site overlooks snow-covered mountain tops. Reception is open from 9-22 during the season, while recent reports describe prices around 390 NOK or about 500 Swedish kronor with extras.

The cost with electricity and laundry is around 500 Swedish kronor, one of the most expensive campsites. Laundry time is only 65 minutes.
Lovely place, friendly people. Excellent sanitary facilities and toilets. View of snow-covered mountain peaks. The animals, horses with foals, are very cute. We would love to come back.
Facilities a little outdated but clean. The campsite is at the entrance to the town, at the bottom of the valley, and you can clearly see the beginning of Jotunheimen. Very good Wi-Fi.
The location of the site is not particularly attractive, the sanitary facilities were poorly cleaned, and the town does not have much to offer. Only the price and its location along our route convinced us.
The open area is very pleasant and the prices are reasonable. The showers are a little inadequate.
Excellent campsite, price NOK 340 plus 50 for electricity. Free hot shower, spacious cubicle. Kitchen with microwave and oven. Wi-Fi is fine. There are two supermarkets within walking distance. Beautiful wooden church from 1150, entrance NOK 80.
During the season, reception is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The grassy areas are currently very busy due to events. There is also a newly created gravel area for motorhomes. It is on the edge and much less busy.
Beautiful campsite right in Vågåmo (NOK 390 including electricity, motorhome and two people). Very idyllic, surrounded by a farm complex with plenty of space. Check-in is between 9 and 10 p.m. Huge showers included in the price, super clean, grey-water disposal and a small kitchen, electricity available. At least we could not find fresh water. We felt very comfortable here.

As some have already described here: a wonderfully beautiful site. Very friendly lady at reception, which is lovingly decorated. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night because we were on our way home. The sanitary facilities were spotlessly clean and the showers so large that you really feel comfortable. The fast-food snack bar on the neighboring property is ideal when you do not feel like cooking.
Definitely not a farm campsite, large grounds with grass and gravel areas. Camping and cottage rental. Sanitary facilities outdated and not clean.
This has been the best camping I have visited while traveling through Norway. Good facilities, good prices, extremely friendly staff. This is a big camping that is not very crowded.
