Great site, run by two English ladies Angie and Erica, very helpful, the site has all amenity’s and is next to a family cash supermarket great for bicycles as there are bike only paths the the orange tree areas we loved it and will return next year. Thank you ladies. Tony and Patsy Jones 24th May 2026
Although located in an industrial area, the place is welcoming and offers basic amenities. A nearby cycle path provides access to the beach.Translating
We spent three nights here in mid March 2026. This is our second visit to KM Zero. All of the facilities work very well and the proximity to the Via Verde is so useful. We walked into Gandía one day and to Oliva the other. The site is well priced at €15 per night (gets cheaper if you stay longer) and the owner and Angie are so kind and helpful. We will be back!
Clean site, adequate shower and sanitary facilities for one night. For us, the €15 cash price is not the price shown on the app. If you pay by card, it is €20, with electricity extra. We will not return.Translating
Motorhome site with a level paved surface. We were received very warmly by the owner. There are clean toilets and showers, and you can do laundry and wash dishes. Excellent place for cycling to Gandia.Translating
Beautiful site, stabilized ground and a great welcome. All services work: washing machine, dryer, showers and sinks. Close to a grocery store. Visually, it is a shame that it is stuck in an industrial area with garages and warehouses, though this is not too bothersome at night. I recommend it.Translating
Great site with emptying and filling, washing machines, pot wash, lovely hot showers, EHU, free Wi-Fi and a very helpful English lady on Reception. The site is surrounded by warehouses and garages but the high site gates are locked overnight. Only downside is the warehouse seemed to be operating most of the night, so there is a lot of noise, hence only 4* but if you need services it's ideal.
Friendly welcome, clean sanitary facilities and a fair price. Supermarket and bars easily reachable on foot. Ideal for a stopover.Translating
I called around 5:30 pm to ask if there are any places. They told me it’s one more available, and i asked to keep it. We had a flat tire and we were late for one hour, i called 4 times to announce, but no answer. When we finally arrived, i could not find anyone, i ring the bell, i knock on the door, i called again. Nothing, and it wasn’t even 8 pm
A real motorhome park. All the campers are neatly lined up. All the advertised facilities are present. Fine for one or two nights. For a longer stay, there is a special price! €15 for two people and a campervan, without electricity.Translating
Good place for visiting the village. The lady who runs it is very friendly. She attended to us immediately and provided us with a parking space.Translating
Wonderful Christmas Eve, great fun, clean facilities and friendly staff. Great for walking and cycling. We will be back. Jan.Translating
Perfect for a stopover. The showers were very clean. The welcome was very friendly. Located in an industrial area, but that did not bother us at all. Highly recommended. Many thanks.Translating
Nice motorhome site in an industrial area. From 6 a.m. there is a lot of noise from a nearby company. Clean toilets and showers. You can also book online. The owner is very friendly.Translating
A great stop on the way south. Little greenery and located in an industrial area, but everything is in order: clean toilets and showers. A huge supermarket is a five-minute walk away. Bells ring, but they do not bother me. The small village is rather dead now, with local residents, but we found a little café called Desperados for a cheap beer. In short, a small recommended stop in an industrial area.Translating
We stopped here only to empty all our waste water and refill with drinking water: €4. The place is extremely clean and very well maintained. Thank you.Translating
Good place to spend the night. Fortunately, the church bells nearby do not ring at night. Very clean facilities. Recommended.Translating
Good for visiting Gandia, Oliva, Denia by Ebike. Very friendly welcome, clean toilets & showers. Seats 9mts x 5mts. €11/€9/€8 pn €4.50 for elec. Its in the middle of the industrial zone which operates 24hrs, Church tannoy rings out every 15mins from 8am to 11pm. Most nights music comes from one of the units. Some full-time campers there make it look untidy, but they're friendly people.
We never arrived, but we made a cancellable reservation through the website, which required payment in advance. When we tried to cancel it 5 days beforehand due to a family emergency, there was no way to contact them: the phones were switched off and they did not reply to emails. EDIT: 4 weeks later they refunded my money, but without any contact from their side.Translating
Very clean motorhome service area with all facilities, such as washing machines and a dryer for €4.50, hand-washing sinks with sponges and dish soap, as well as immaculate toilets and showers, not to mention the more than satisfactory welcome. We highly recommend it.Translating
A place in an industrial area where you are bothered by the noise from trucks and traffic from nearby businesses all day long. A busy road is also right next to the site. Toilets and showers are basic but clean. We did not use the washing machine; it was extremely dirty under the rubber seal, possibly with mold. From December to April there are many overwintering campers. For us, a one-time visit.Translating
Worn-out sanitary facilities where cleanliness leaves something to be desired; the shower water temperature control needs improvement.Translating
Clean and level, with clean toilets and showers. There is a washing machine and dryer, as well as a microwave, free of charge. The only drawback is that despite it being a public holiday, we could hear workers from the surrounding warehouses early in the morning.Translating
Great place and very friendly. Stayed for 3 nights and would stay again. Nice walk to the beach about 2 km away.
Lovely staff, very helpful and kind! Good bicycle tracks to both Oliva, Gandia and the beach. Family cash close by. Motorhome area with good value for money!
Lovely site clean facilities, excellent Wi-Fi, good cycling track to nearby towns, lovely helpful receptionist, only downfall was the showers.
Very clean and tidy site, friendly reception. Ideal for cycling the Via Verde between Gandia and Oliva.Translating
I came here several times in the past, but everything has changed. There is no longer any soul here. Between 2 p.m. and 10 a.m. there is nobody at the office, and at night the street is getting noisier and noisier.Translating
