Official parking, no services

We spent a quiet night here from Friday to Saturday. The highlight for our grandson was the beautiful playground within sight of the parking area. There is not only great equipment for children, but also sports equipment for teenagers and adults. Thanks to the municipality for this great parking facility!

A very unappealing place; the three stars are exclusively for its proximity to the Hambach open-cast mine. Good starting point for cycling tours and hikes on Sophienhöhe. In the evening and at night, noisy young people using laughing gas were a nuisance. We will not return.

Quiet place by a football field. We stayed here from Monday to Tuesday. The spot itself is nothing special. Recommended: drive past the bakery in the morning.
