We were told that it was possible to spend the night "next to the cemetery wall," but it wasn't, as we were fined €200. To explain it better: The entire parking area prohibits parking from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. You can park next to the wall, but outside the parking area, namely on the roadside. In any case, I don't recommend taking the risk; there are permitted places nearby.
Access is not permitted for motorhomes, but we continued a little farther and found a car park next to the cemetery, which is ideal for spending the day at the beach, as we did.
Out of season there are no height barriers or restrictions. When someone spends the night here against the signs prohibiting it, they only harm large camper vans and motorhomes. We moved to permitted areas; it costs nothing for everyone, including camper cars, to do the same. And don't park in the motorcycle parking area. Let's take care of the little we have left.
Perfect parking spot very close to the beach, with taps for refilling, but don't even think about sleeping here—I just woke up to a €200 fine on the windscreen of the van.
It is only a daytime car park and only has public toilets without a shower, but there is a small fountain where you can refill water bottles and other containers. Right next to the cemetery. You can get directly to the beach. The car park is free, for daytime use only, not for sleeping overnight.
We spent the day here; overnight stays are not allowed. We ate in a pine grove in the car park. Direct access to the beach.
An ideal car park for accessing the beach and doing the Faro Caballo route. You cannot stay overnight between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.; overnight stays are allowed all along the beach promenade, just 2 minutes away. By 1 p.m. the car park is full, so arrive earlier.
Beautiful views of the beach, spacious car park. We stopped only to eat.
We were fined €200 for staying overnight, or €100 for early payment.
