Been here?
This lakeside parking area has a pleasant view but is currently dirty and littered. Local activity can become very loud, with music continuing deep into the night and dogs barking. Payment may be requested, and the ground can become soft after rain. Vehicles over 3.6 m may not pass the entrance.

Really not a good pitch, noisy, guarded by a dog, and lots of rubbish.
Please do not drive to this parking area. It looks beautiful when you arrive, but during the evening so many locals arrive and play loud music late into the night. It starts again at 6 a.m., along with endless barking. It is not free either; "Patrone" comes and collects money. This was the worst place for us in all of Romania. One star for the view.
Always busy with locals, but good think you can parc and stay for free. Just watch where you parking if it's rain or the ground it's soft than your car will stop and you will need help to get out, any way if you will need a help just go to local shop and ask someone with the tractor around to help, he will do it for 10-20 euro. The company who offer they want 200 but you also can negociate
the spot is good - the lake, the view, it is free. the bad things - dirty, some locals at night.
Free in the off-season… not really a clean place. It was quiet at night… a place for passing through.
Because everything was reserved at the neighbouring site, we came here instead. We paid €5 with free choice of pitch. There were many locals, with lots of activity involving boats, jet skis and other activities. After dark and until late at night, young people were there. The police ended the disturbance. We did not feel safe here.
I do not recommend it. We agree with all the comments: hundreds of pieces of rubbish, no beautiful view, just a concrete basin with water. Above all, it is a gathering place for young people, who come from early evening until 5 a.m., even on a Monday night. Many trips back and forth, loud music, shouting… we did not sleep. Move on!
Easy access and plenty of parking space. Loud and party-like at night; the "owner" of the place demanded €3 for the night. Only stay overnight as a last resort.
Only an emergency place to spend the night. Toilets are practically everywhere. The parking area first needs to be cleared of the large amount of rubbish. A pack of stray dogs will take care of your leftover dinner. At night it is about as quiet as a nightclub. The reservoir water is clean, but again there is rubbish. And all this for only €10 for two cars.
We did not sleep there. Fine for swimming. Lots of space, but a lot of rubbish and frightened dogs, and it smells unpleasant when the sun shines.
Good enough for a stop to go swimming, just be aware that there is an entrance which restricts the height. I'm not sure how high it is, but with 3.6 m, we had no chance and went to the camping instead.
Lovely and peaceful during the day, with good swimming. At the end of the afternoon many people arrive and the peace is over. This continued all night. Lots of noise from cars and motorbikes, shouting and radios.
