Shaded streamside, some road noise

Beautiful place to stop and enjoy the sound of the stream and the shade of the trees. Since we could not find a place in the Pioraco parking area, we came here for lunch. It was an excellent idea! Recommended.

Excellent nature parking area next to the small Potenza River. We spent three wonderful nights here, and the 3 km walk to Pioraco and the Li Vurgacci trail is pleasant.

For me, this is an absolute dream wild camping spot! Shaded spots next to a calming cool stream. There was a tent and another camper parked for the night. Bike paths to Pioraco where you can do the Lu Vurgacci walk with "monstrous stone statues" - suitable for the whole family. Quiet and safe and not completely isolated.

Quiet area frequented by locals with campers, vans, and tents. The poplar trees provide decent shade and make this path special, with the little stream flowing just a few meters away. Be careful with long campers: the access is slightly sloped and is just after the bridge connecting to the SS361, on the right. An extremely peaceful night.

Still beautiful; it is absolutely wonderful here.

We drove 200 meters east to be away from the bridge. You can go further and be more out of site. A bit of noise from the road, but quiet night.

Slept here in my roof tent together with three other campers. Plenty of space along the gently flowing river. The road is very quiet at night and far enough away. Full-strength 4G.

Very large area under the poplar trees for stopping, spending the night, and camping freely. Locals regularly come here for picnics and weekends with cars and campers. There is a stream nearby where you can bathe, although the water is very shallow. No prohibition on parking or overnight stays. Garbage bins at the entrance. Pioraco is 4 km away. Very peaceful.
