Town parking, refuse-truck noise

This is a small parking area at the entrance to the town, close to local services and shops. It has no camper facilities. A garbage station is now nearby, and a refuse truck operated for an hour from 6:15h, making the area unsuitable for a quiet stay.

Horrible!!! They set up a rubbish collection station this morning. The truck spent an hour—from 6:15 a.m.!—compacting rubbish. The parking area is not recommended because of the noise from the rubbish truck.
Unserviced open area but in a very good location: access to two supermarkets, a restaurant and pizzeria, a pharmacy, and a castle visit; 20 minutes from the Partusa parking area for the 4.5-hour round-trip Mont-Rebei hike; 25 minutes from a paragliding launch area. Adequate. Thanks to the town council and residents of Àger!
Quite a tranquil place for an overnight stay. If you need to get up early and want coffee, there is a petrol station a little farther on with a café that opens early.
