National Trust daytime parking at Rope Bridge, with a pleasant picnic area and walks to the bridge and Ballintoy Harbour. A 2m height barrier can be opened using the number on the nearby post, but the car park is locked at 6pm and overnight parking is prohibited. Public toilets are available. Large car park including a ticket for the rope bridge. Public toilets on site.Translating
The height barrier was open, and we were not charged for a parking ticket. We only did the walk to the bridge. In my opinion, it is not worth paying so much for the little extra the crossing adds to your walk. Views of the cliff and birds without any problem.Translating

Official car park for the rope bridge. This car park is free if you want to walk to the bridge without crossing it, which we recommend. If you want to cross the small 15–20 metre bridge, you are charged £15 by card at the entrance to the car park. Exaggerated! The 2-metre barrier can be opened on request by phone, which is not very convenient. Toilets and picnic tables.Translating
Perfect car park for visiting Carrick-a-Rede Bridge. There is indeed a 2-metre barrier at the entrance; you have to phone for it to be opened. We bought the family ticket, two adults and two children, which includes parking and access to the bridge. See the National Trust website; we booked 72 hours in advance.Translating
Perfect car park for starting the walk to Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. During our visit, it was not open for crossing, probably because of the windy conditions. We only walked to the bridge, which is free. This showed us that crossing a bridge of no more than 15–20 metres costs £15. Entrance barrier: 2 metres.Translating
During the day, they open the barrier on request for motorhomes. Book online.Translating
Unfortunately, the car park is now closed from 6 p.m. by a barrier on the access road. It is therefore only open during opening hours, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.Translating
