3 Avenue de la Vicomte, 35800, Dinard
Been here?
As of May 2026, this parking has disappeared. Earlier records describe free roadside parking facing the sea near Dinard with views across the bay. Few spaces; peaceful nights but morning traffic. A children's park nearby eliminated height barriers.

Very well located opposite the sea. We arrived early to get a place, along a park for children, so there is no height barrier. Peaceful night, with a little traffic. Overall, a lovely day for visiting Dinard lengthwise and along the side.Translating
Roadside parking, shaded, very good for visiting Dinard but with little space. No prohibition.Translating
The parking area is directly in the bay. The address is not quite correct, but it is very beautifully located. We would have managed to get a spot, but unfortunately there is a fire brigade event this weekend, so it is closed from 1 a.m. tonight until 1 a.m. Sunday.Translating
Warning: it does not exist!!!!! The parking area has disappeared.Translating
We spent one night in this free, quiet roadside parking area, facing the sea, with a beautiful bay and a lovely seafront promenade.Translating
Very, very good, between a beautiful park and the beach. Facing Saint-Malo. Be careful: very few spaces, and it is in high demand. Close to other beaches to visit.Translating
Perfect parking to see Dinard. We didn’t stay the night.
As mentioned previously, a quiet night between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., with an amazing view at sunrise! Ideal with a dog because it runs alongside a park. A bonus is the public toilet in the park.Translating
We stayed two nights, very quiet between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.Translating
At the time we were there, it was very easy to find a space and the view was magnificent. Some traffic, but we still slept well!Translating
I stopped for an afternoon; you need luck to find a space. Noisy because it is on a busy road, but everything was fine.Translating
Arrive late; 6–7 vehicles, up to about 7.5 metres, can find space. No height restriction. Traffic passes from 7 a.m. on weekdays, but it is quiet at night. Views of Saint-Malo and Dinard. Very suitable for one night and visiting Dinard.Translating
Stayed here for the last two nights. Fabulous location. However, we were very lucky to get in; it was the weekend. Someone happened to be leaving as we arrived.Translating
Almost everywhere has a 2-metre height barrier on the other parking areas; yet another municipality that does not want motorhomes.Translating
Facing the beach, it is great if there is space, but we did not sleep there. Beautiful seafront walk. Maurice’s chip shop is expensive: €34 for two burgers and fries. The burger prices shown are without fries; we do not appreciate this kind of trick.Translating
A lot of traffic, day and night and very noisy street surface. nearly no sleep.
We slept here last night. No sign, and some traffic in the morning, but an incredible view.Translating
Super spot, if you are lucky. Very busy, with a magnificent view. However, a municipal order prohibits eating and sleeping in a recreational vehicle throughout the municipality; a sign is posted farther away. So it is only a parking place for enjoying the beach, promenade and town.Translating
Extremely pleasant location! Magnificent views of Saint-Malo and the sunset over Dinard. Excellent spot! No services, but the panorama makes up for it.Translating
Lovely, peaceful place in spring! It may be more crowded in summer. Unobstructed view of Saint-Malo.Translating
The spot is great! Right opposite the sea, very quiet, with toilets and a shower 50 metres downhill. There is a beautiful park just behind the parking area, free and very relaxing. We even saw wallabies there! In short, I highly recommend this spot!Translating
A quiet night with a very lovely view, followed by waking to vehicles passing early in the morning. Otherwise, a nice, pleasant place.Translating
Impossible, no spaces, on the road.
Roadside parking, very noisy at night. Some people also honk whenever a motorhome or van is parked. Be careful: a municipal order prohibits eating and resting in your vehicle anywhere except an official reception area, and there is none in Dinard. Overnight stays are therefore prohibited outside campsites in Dinard.
Nice spot; I spent one night there on 24 September in a motorhome, and a second motorhome was parked a little farther away. However, the road is fairly busy, and depending on vehicle speed it can be quite noisy. I still recommend the place: there is a beautiful seaside walk and a wooded park with animals just behind the parking spaces.
A good waterside spot, with toilets and showers on the beach. However, the road is very noisy, with traffic passing constantly.
