22792, Santa Cruz de la Serós
Been here?
A small roadside parking area with superb cliff views, close to Santa Cruz de la Serós and the monastery of San Juan de la Peña. It is generally flat enough, though some sections slope, and there is no shade. Nights are very quiet, with space for a 7.5m motorhome and 2 or 3 additional vehicles; vultures can be seen nearby.

Quite a large pitch; we slept here from 14 to 15/09 with a 7.5-meter motorhome, with room for two or three more. Very quiet night. In the late afternoon we saw several vultures flying, as indicated on the sign. Ideal before going to the monastery. Pleasant and fairly wide road, no difficulty with our motorhome.
Very nice place. We spent one night and it was very peaceful. Beautiful views, and although it is next to the road, there is quite a lot of distance, making it very safe and sheltered.
Passed a lovely night here with only one other vehicle. completely silent night. We went out to see all the stars at night and it was fantastic. definitely recommend
Had a a quiet night, last car I heard was 2200hr. The parking on edge of town looked difficult to level the van. Here we were the only ones and parked in the middle towards the back and virtually level with no need for ramps. Looks small on the photo but we parked 8.5m with ease and plenty of space in front toward the road to play games etc
Roadside parking, an unimpressive view and sloping ground made us decide against it. We opted for the village parking lot below.
After a somewhat mixed first impression, we spent an extremely quiet night here, where nobody bothers anyone. Too bad the toilet corner is dirty. Please pick up your rubbish.
Very beautiful, quiet spot. Large sloping parking lot; if you look carefully, you can avoid using leveling blocks. Very peaceful night.
