7 Wilberforce Road, CB3 0EQ
Been here?
Free roadside parking on a quiet, narrow street with many spaces, although the road is sometimes sloping and can be busy during the day. Overnight stays for 2 nights have been reported without problems, with traffic beginning around 7am. The centre and King's College are about 20/25 minutes on foot, and the street can be affected by roadworks or construction access.

We managed to park here without any problem, for free. What luck, since all the other car parks are extremely expensive and limited to four hours. We did not sleep there. It is a 20–25 minute walk to King's College.
We returned to this street for the third time and stayed another two nights to explore the surroundings. The street is always very quiet with little traffic. We had some trouble getting there because the GPS wanted to send us down a road closed for construction, but we eventually arrived. Pleasant stay, even though the road slopes slightly toward the roadside. We are always happy to stop here.
We stayed here on a Sunday for a trip into the city. Many spaces were free and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center, most of the way through greenery.
We stayed here for 2 nights without any problems. Quiet at night and cars start to show up around 7am. Narrow street and I had to park partially on the curb so construction trucks can get by.
Very quiet. There are many roadside spaces, although they are fairly sloped. Only five minutes by bike from the center.
We parked here to visit Cambridge. It felt safe. Many spaces had already been taken when we arrived around 11 a.m.
Stayed a few times. First night was loud with a car parking behind me with loud music on until 3am. The next time I stayed there was no issue, quite a quiet and peaceful night. So I think this is a bit of a varied spot.
Basically a good parking spot. I actually wanted to stay here for one night and visit Cambridge the next day. At around 3:45 p.m., a man took photos of my van, so I will not stay overnight here.
Stayed for 2 nights mid November. No restrictions & very quiet. 30-minute walk to centre.
Perfect place to visit the city from. Fortunately, we just managed to find a spot, with one wheel on the pavement. Narrow street. During the day, many people from the various colleges use these parking spaces; in the evening the street empties. The night there was quiet apart from an occasional speedster passing by. We highly recommend this place.
Ample free parking and very quiet location. Very quiet 20mph road used by locals only and extremely safe (wide)
Very well located and very quiet at night. Two wheels on the pavement so as not to cross the road markings, because the street is quite narrow with parking on both sides.
Spaces available everywhere. Beautiful residential neighborhood, 15 minutes' walk from the center through lovely gardens. Ideal for visiting the city. Overnight stay possible.
Great place in a residential area, easy to park, seems safe, for free and 10 mins walk to the Cambridge center. Slightly slanted sideways hence one star less, otherwise perfect for staying a night or two.
good places up the end of the road quite wide but dips so I had to stand one side on the path. good walk into town to see Cambridge
A great spot; we parked very well and it was perfect for spending the night. Fifteen minutes from the city center! Impeccable.
We spent the night without any problem. No traffic and few vehicles parked nearby. Close to the center, perfect.
We did not spend the night there, but it was perfect and free for visiting the city!
